About
Me

I'm Manavi Persaud- a 500 hr certified yoga teacher, intuitive guide and lifelong student of the practice.

My path into yoga and embodied healing has been shaped by transition, resilience and deep personal transformation.

In my teaching, I blend my Ashtanga background with intuitive sequencing, mindful strength, and nervous-system-centered practices. Every session is a space where you can slow down, breathe deeper, and meet yourself exactly where you are.

 

My intention is simple: to help you feel powerful, supported, and connected in your body — in whatever season of life you’re in.

My approach

The heart of my teaching is to hold space for your evolution- honoring your body's rhythm and your emotional landscape.

• Connect

Each session begins with a centered check-in — clarifying your intention, noticing how you’re feeling, and understanding what your body is asking for that day.

 

• Practice

We move into a curated blend of grounding postures, mindful strength or mobility work, and breath-led movement. The practice is steady, focused, and thoughtfully challenging where needed.

 

• Integrate

We finish with stillness: a brief meditation and grounding sequence that helps your body absorb the work and leaves you clear, calm, and reset for the rest of your day.
